1. About Cunggo
Cunggo is operated by GXA Oy, business ID 2873319-3, Linkkitorninkatu 1, 20540 Turku, Finland. Contact: cunggo.app@gmail.com. These terms apply to the Cunggo app and website, including the early-access list. The app is a place to discover people and activities, make plans and communicate. Cunggo is not an organiser or supervisor of member-arranged in-person meetings. The early-access list is not an app account or a promise of admission, features or a release date.
2. Who can use Cunggo?
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into these terms, and legally permitted to use the service where you live. Provide accurate account information, keep it current and do not impersonate anyone. Use your own account and keep your password private. An account may be limited if we cannot reasonably verify eligibility or if these rules are broken.
3. Keep the community welcoming
Use Cunggo to make genuine, respectful activity plans. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against or exploit others; send unwanted sexual content; promote violence; share illegal content; impersonate a person; mislead others about a plan; spam; solicit money deceptively; scrape member data; bypass blocks or security controls; or use the service to arrange unlawful activity. Do not post anyone else's private information or images without permission. Commercial listings or promotions require our permission and any applicable product rules.
Respect a person's choice not to meet or continue a conversation. Do not pressure someone to move a chat to another service or reveal private details.
4. Meeting in person
You choose whether, when and where to meet another member. For a first meeting, choose a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own transport and leave if you feel uncomfortable. Do not share your home address or exact location with a new contact. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Cunggo cannot verify every identity, statement, plan or member's conduct and does not guarantee a match or anyone's safety.
5. Your content and other members
You keep your rights to content you create. You give GXA Oy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, transmit, format and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, improve and protect Cunggo, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active service, except to the extent copies were shared with others or limited retention is lawful and necessary. You must have the rights needed to share your content.
Other members may see, save or act on content you share with them. Do not copy, repost or misuse their content or personal information. Cunggo's name, design, software and other materials belong to GXA Oy or its licensors; these terms give you a personal, revocable right to use the service as intended.
6. Reports, blocks and moderation
Use the app's report or block functions where available, or email cunggo.app@gmail.com with a clear description and relevant details. We may review the material and relevant context, then remove content, limit visibility, warn, suspend or close an account when needed to enforce these rules, protect others or comply with law. We may also act on illegal content notices. Where applicable, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to challenge it; write to the same email if you believe a decision was wrong. We cannot promise to monitor every interaction or resolve every offline dispute.
7. Account closure and service changes
You can stop using Cunggo and ask us to close your account at cunggo.app@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated rule violations, legal requirements or security reasons, taking the circumstances into account. The app is at an early stage; features may change, be interrupted or be removed. We will give appropriate notice of material changes where reasonably possible. These terms do not require you to pay for the current early-access website or beta app. Any future paid feature will have its price and specific terms shown before purchase.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the website and app process, what other members may see, and how to exercise your rights. The mailing-list checkbox on the website is separate from using the app.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, a particular match, attendance at a plan or the conduct of another member. You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under mandatory consumer or data-protection law, or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will display the new date here and give appropriate notice of material changes before they apply. Continued use after a valid change takes effect may mean you accept it, where the law allows. Finnish law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before a competent court under applicable law; these terms do not require arbitration.
